Nature Of Work : Patient data processing
Scope Of Work : Entering data in given software
Duration Of The Process : 11 months can be extended if the center maintains
accuracy
Turn Around Time : 15days (Excluding Sundays)
Quality Report : 10days after TAT deadline (Excluding Sundays)
Data Shortage Compensation :30% of total billing
Work Load : 6000 forms per system per TAT
Work Submission Mode : FTP / EMAIL
Payment Mode : Cheque /DD
payment Security : LC / BG for more than 10 seaters if they aquire more than 80% in first submission
Payment Cycle : Payment will be cleared within 7 working days from QC report issuance
Rework : One time rework with no payment.
